New captain Joshua Kimmick has confirmed he is ready to play at right-back and in central midfield for Germany under Julian Nagelsmann, Ufabet Germany reported on Friday.
Kimmich has play at right-back and in central midfield for Bayern Munich and the German national team, with talk of which position the 29-year-old is best suit for, and the current Germany captain has confirmed he is ready to play in either position if his manager wishes.
“I see being able to play both positions as a strength,” Kimmich said. “It has helped me a lot in my career to get to this point. That’s why I don’t close myself off to playing in one position. I hope we can close this issue soon.”
